Yes! All HYLVOX wigs and extensions are made from 100% genuine human hair. We source premium-grade hair (12A–15A) that can be washed, styled, colored, and heat-treated just like your own natural hair. We never use synthetic or mixed fiber.

HD (High Definition) lace is an ultra-thin, transparent lace material that blends seamlessly with all skin tones. It creates an undetectable hairline that looks like the hair is growing directly from your scalp. Our HD lace wigs are pre-plucked and come with baby hair for the most natural appearance possible.

A closure (4x4, 5x5, 6x8) covers a small area at the top/front of the head and is typically placed in the center. A frontal (13x4, 13x6) spans the entire front of the head from ear to ear, giving you more versatility for parting and styling. Frontals offer more coverage but closures are easier to install.

Glueless wigs are designed to be worn without adhesive. They feature adjustable straps, combs, and elastic bands that secure the wig to your head. Our "Ready to Go" wigs are pre-cut and pre-styled so you can literally put them on and go — no glue, no salon visit needed.

150% — Light and natural, similar to average hair density. Great for a subtle, everyday look.
180% — Medium fullness, the most popular choice. Looks natural with good volume.
250% — Full and glamorous, perfect for those who want maximum volume.
300% — Super thick and dramatic, ideal for special occasions or a bold statement.

Yes, since our wigs are made from 100% human hair, they can be dyed or bleached. However, we recommend having a professional stylist handle coloring to ensure the best results. Note that coloring may affect the wig's lifespan. For colored wigs (ombre, highlight, etc.), additional dyeing is not recommended as the color has already been professionally applied.

With proper care, our human hair wigs typically last 6–12 months with daily wear, or 1–2 years with occasional wear. The lifespan depends on how frequently the wig is worn, how it's styled, and how well it's maintained. Following our care instructions will help maximize the life of your wig.

Washing: Use a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo. Rinse with lukewarm water in a downward motion (never scrub). Apply conditioner from mid-length to ends, leave for 5 minutes, then rinse.

Drying: Gently pat with a towel — never wring or twist. Allow to air-dry on a wig stand. Avoid direct sunlight and heat while drying.

Styling: Use low heat settings when using hot tools. Always apply a heat protectant. Sleep on a satin or silk pillowcase or use a satin bonnet.

Storage: Store on a wig stand or mannequin head when not in use. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Crochet hair is a type of extension that is attached to cornrows using a crochet needle/latch hook. Our crochet hair comes pre-looped and pre-separated for easy installation. The "miracle knots" feature means each strand is individually knotted, so the installation looks natural and the hair moves freely. It's a great protective style that's gentle on your natural hair.

Yes! We ship worldwide from our China warehouse. International shipping times vary by destination. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping fees.

We accept returns within 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it after delivery per our return policy.

Most of our wigs come in a standard medium cap size (22–22.5 inches circumference) with adjustable straps that fit most head sizes. To measure your head:

1. Use a soft measuring tape
2. Measure around your head from the front hairline, behind one ear, around the nape, behind the other ear, and back to the start
3. A typical measurement is 21.5–23 inches

"Ready to Go" wigs are pre-cut, pre-styled, and pre-plucked. The lace is already trimmed and the wig is designed to be worn straight out of the box — no customization needed. Regular wigs may require you to cut the lace, pluck the hairline, and style the wig before wearing. Ready to Go wigs are perfect for beginners or anyone who wants a hassle-free experience.
